Stranger Things Have Happened

Today's lifestyle lesson is never be afraid to sing your own song, you never know who you will attract. As a leader in the noncomformist movement, I always try to stress that you don't have to change who you are to be accepted. In truth, if you've changed who you are, it's a fiction that's being accepted, not you. Now I'm not saying that you can't work on yourself and try to be a better, more fit, funnier, whatever person. What I'm saying is do it for you, not for anyone else. Stay true to your passions and follow your interests. Don't be afraid to share them with other people either. It goes without saying that not everyone is going to like you or appreciate your thoughts, but there are a lot of people that will and you'll never have the opportunity to share with them if you're busy pretending to be somebody you're not. Embrace your madness, toss your mask back in the closet (unless masks are your thing, that is....I'm not judging), and go forth with reckless abandon. You may fall flat on your face, but you may create lasting and meaningful relationships with people that you would never expect. Stranger things have happened. Cheers.
