So as most of our followers have been wondering, what the hell happened to TMAR; is our internet connection bad, maybe if i refresh a couple of times the post will pop up.

Sadly my beloved followers, the fault was not with your ability to refresh the webpage but with out lack of dedication. So Sunshine has invoked a TMAR Revival which will be detailed in a later post. (Yes that is me calling him out for a post on this subject). Speaking of calling people out. I have also challenged Barbie to step up his game from 1-2 post only to 2 post a week! So we look forward to seeing what he has to say!

Now that I got that off my chest. Recently 2PL8$ arrived back in country and I also challenged him for a post. His response is outlined below. Im not sure about you but I have a very strong admiration/animosity rapport for him and his astonishing ability to put words on paper.

Precious:

“Pick it up boys you are slacking”

2PL8$:

“You can’t force genius. I’m just barely getting my feet back under me”

Precious:

“That’s a good start to a blog… keep going!!! “You can’t force genius. I’m just barely getting my feet back under me! My names Kris and this is my short story/post about…..”

2PL8$: (His Response)

“You can’t force genius. I’m just barely getting my feet back under me and you want me to start writing articles. You know they say that Rome wasn’t built in a day, but in the throw away/drive through culture that is so prevalent today it’s expected that we should just throw up cardboard cut-outs, spray a little paint on it, and call it a day. Sure, it might look good for a couple days and to most people that’s enough. If you’re willing to accept that, if you’re okay with that subpar construction and lack of permanence, what does that say about you as a person?

Is it really okay to complain that your microwave dinner takes 5 whole minutes to cook. For God’s sake, it used to take all day to cook a mediocre meal and people were happy to have it. What’s the rush? What great void do we need to fill with that time? Is there some noble cause, some wrong to be righted? Is there some desperate rush towards an unspeakable truth that will redefine the world?

No, there isn’t. Society has just been programmed to fill every waking moment with pseudo-productivity. There’s this desperate need to fill all of our squandered moments with empty activity. Spinning our wheels and making no ground. The truth is, we’re afraid to take our time. We’re afraid to shut off the noise and distractions and deal with ourselves. To face the unspeakable truths of our being. We rush and hurry and dart from shiny object to shiny object because we don’t want any truths. We want good enough for now.

It reminds me of an old joke. I saw this wino eating grapes and I said, “Hey man, you’ve got to wait.” It’s the truth. You’re not going to get your desired results from eating grapes. You’ve got to take the time to mash them, ferment them, bottle them, and store them. So if you really want to get drunk off life, you’ve got to take time to do things right.

Let’s all slow down and spend a few hours staring at the stars. Let’s take a moment to build things that will last. Let’s do things right and leave monuments to ourselves. Let’s be remembered and take the time to remember ourselves. A throw away world leaves nothing behind except a pile of trash. I want to be remembered as a creator not a litterbug. You can tear down your buildings and create new landfills, but as for me, I will take the time to sculpt and build, to reflect and to create. The things I leave behind will stand the weathers of time and perhaps even be lovingly shaped from them.

I’ll write something good when something good comes to me.”
