10 dumb bell deadlift, 2 man makers, 10 dumb bell squats

Mobility:

4 rounds of

3 back squat with 3 second pause

5 pistols each leg.

Strength:

Front Squat 5 x 3 @ (min 95 lbs, max 155 lbs)

WOD:

5 rounds for time

50 leg lifts

400 m run

30 air squats
