So, while hanging with my 'sestras brothers' i came to realize that every man has a gay side. Yes, buddies, you are all kind of gay.
The word ‘bromance’ was coined by sk8er dudes in the 1990s to describe a non-gay relationship with strong bonds. Under its ‘rules’, it’s OK to share your feelings and go on man-dates to matches and the cinema. You can say you love each other.
I read online some nonsense like: "Women are partly to blame for the male need to spend time with a special male friend. It used to be that you’d be in an all-male world, but now that women have — according to some men — ‘invaded’ that world, bromance is formed as a defense.”
Yeah, right... Bromance has always existed. Men have always had a gay side, but now it is ok to show since being a metrosexual and having feelings (Sunshine and Precious) are in fashion; which in my opinion is great. More power to you guys. So, the question is, why are we so jealous of this bromance? I found 10 reasons on line:
1. The Bro Nicknames
I have one, YEY!
2. Facial Hair Races
Not competing….
3. Comparing Boobs
I win!
4. Drinking a TON of beer together
Yeah, no competition on this one…
5. Dude Steam Room Time
gross…
6. Bro Only Vacations or Brocations
hope I get included in a TMAR brocation (destination wedding?)
7. Bro Shopping
You guys really do that?
8. “Fighting”
I can play rough too
9. Playing and/or Watching Sports
Meh, unless is tennis, hockey or soccer I am out. Although I am learning to enjoy American college football (have no choice on that one).
10. Picking Up Chicks
I am the best wing woman ever!
With that said, I am ready to give TMAR a female touch…
